A rare Eames MAX chair. This is the chair with a height somewhere between the dining and lounge chairs. It was produced in very limited numbers.

strange - eames MAX chairs never came with those feet and odd that it has MAX 428 on the bottom - exactly the same as the piece on eamesdesign.com - but the number marking was not for the chair made, it was for the order number. Odd you have the exact same order number! With different feet!
